Panels and automation
We build power and control panels in our own workshop, to EN 61439. We add what drives and watches over your machines: variable speed drives, PLCs, control desks and IEC 60204-1 safety. Then we commission them in your plant.

We build and test the panel in Montcada to EN 61439. By the time it reaches your plant it has already passed its tests.
Emergency stops, safety relays and interlocks to IEC 60204-1. We agree them with the machine builder.
Each motor gets its own drive or starter, sized for it, with its protection, and set up on site.
We program the PLC, the small computer that runs the machine, and build the control desk. Remote control too, where it is needed.
We test and start up in your plant, with the line running, and record every test.
